The Wainwright

Wainwright’s books on the footpaths and walks of the Lake District mountains are a bible to thousands of walkers and he has become a legendary figure. He was interviewed at Lancrigg during his television series of the Coast to Coast walk.

The bedroom to this suite has a beautiful hand made four poster bed. A further room doubles as a separate sitting room or a child’s bedroom, with a double bed settee. The ensuite bathroom has a large bath and a separate shower cubicle.
